Please print and complete the registration form found in the "form" menu onthe left, and mail to: CPV DDO

Cheques to be made to the order of: DDO Speed Skating Club.

If registering after Sept. 20, 2009 add $20.00 to the first cheque.

Skaters of Developpement level and higher must add $53.00 to the 1st payment. This is to cover the membership fee to the Fédération de Patinage de Vitesse du Québec.

Skaters will not be permitted to skate if their club registration fees are not paid.

There will be no reimbursement after a skater has been registered for 4 weeks.
